Instructions: Immerse the mat in hot water at a temperature between 60 degrees and 80 degrees Celsius (140-176 degrees Fahrenheit) for a few minutes. This gentle heat will help relax the material. Once removed from the water, carefully lay the mat flat on a clean surface. Please exercise caution when handling hot water.
